Martha Norton is a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. As an active duty military father, you’d think my chances weren’t good to get Sole Legal and Physical Custody of my children. In the JDR Court, the judge decided that the best interest of the children was Sole Legal and Physical Custody with me (the father). The case was appealed to the Circuit Court. Martha was well prepared with an opening statement, which led to my testimony. After my testimony, during a brief break, a settlement agreement was reached without anyone else appearing before the Judge. This is solely because Martha knows how to get the job done right!
