Levi Norton is an estate planning and administration attorney who helps individuals and families preserve their legacies with clarity, purpose, and care. For Levi, estate planning is more than a legal service—it’s a personal opportunity to walk alongside clients as they shape a lasting and hopeful future for the people they love most.
He focuses exclusively on estate planning and administration, designing plans that are as straightforward or as sophisticated as each client’s situation requires. Whether addressing complex family dynamics, planning for incapacity, or navigating federal estate tax concerns, Levi brings practical insight and forward-thinking strategies that prioritize privacy, simplicity, and peace of mind.
Levi’s work is grounded in the belief that a well-crafted plan does more than distribute assets—it preserves values, life lessons, and the vision each client holds for future generations.
Early in his career, Levi traveled across all seven continents and to both poles—experiences that cultivated a deep respect for the natural world and a profound appreciation for the shared hopes of people everywhere. Those formative years taught him a simple truth: no matter where we live, we all want to build a better life for our children and grandchildren and to ensure that our life’s work continues to bear fruit after we’re gone.
Originally from the mountains of southern Idaho, Levi has called Virginia home for more than thirty years. He enjoys spending time outdoors whenever possible and is an avid runner.
He is admitted to practice in Virginia and serves on the Executive Committee of the Virginia State Bar Local and Specialty Bar Section. He is also a member of the Virginia State Bar Trusts and Estates Law Section.
Levi is a graduate of The George Washington University and Regent University School of Law.
